Griffin Mining Ld31 January 2005 GRIFFIN MINING LIMITED31 JANUARY 2005 Griffin Mining Limited Additional Listing Exercise of Warrants Griffin Mining Limited ("Griffin" or the "Company") has been notified that RABUK Fund Limited and HFR HE Europe Fundamental Master Trust have exercisedwarrants respectively over 775,000 and 225,000 new ordinary shares in Griffin atan exercise price of 20 pence per share to raise £200,000 for the company.These warrants were granted as part of arrangements for an equity placing inAugust 2003. Application ahs today been made for eth new ordinary shares issued on theexercise of the aforementioned warrants to be admitted to trading on AIM, whichis expected to occur on 4 February 2005. Following the issue of these newordinary shares there will be 178,327,731 Griffin ordinary shares in issue.
