Statement regarding recent share price movement

GetBusy plc (AIM: GETB), a leading developer of document management and productivity software products, notes the recent movement in the Company's share price and confirms it is not aware of any reason for the price movement.

As previously announced, the Company will notify its results for the half-year ended 30 June 2018 on Wednesday 1 August 2018. The Company is trading in line with market expectations.
