AIM disclosure update

GetBusy plc ("GetBusy", the "Company" or the "Group") (AIM: GETB), a developer of document management and communication software products, announces that it recently became aware that disclosure required in the Company's AIM admission document pursuant to Schedule Two, paragraph (g)(ii) and (v) of the AIM Rules for Companies was incomplete. The following information was omitted from the AIM admission Document:

Clive Rabie - Current directorships: Getbusy New Zealand Pty Limited, Nqueue Billback Limited, Reckon One Limited, DJZ Investments Pty Limited, Getbusy UK Limited, Reckon Accountant Group Limited; Past directorships:, Reckon Sync Technology Pty Ltd, Reckon Training Pty Limited. Greg Wilkinson - Current directorship: Getbusy New Zealand Pty Limited. Miles Jakeman - Current directorship: Citadel Technology Solutions Pty Ltd; Past directorship: Capital Angels Pty Limited. Nigel Payne was a non-executive director of Redweb Security (UK) Limited which went into administration on 14 September 2009 and was a non-executive director of Foreteller Limited which went into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 9 November 2012.
