Executive Director Declaration
Following its announcement on 20 May 2021, Genuit Group plc (the "Company" or the "Group") confirms that Matt Pullen has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a member of the Board with effect from 1 November 2021. The Company also confirms that there is no further information concerning Mr Pullen which requires notification under LR9.6.13R of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.
The Company also confirms that as previously announced, Glen Sabin has stepped down from the Board and as COO with effect from 1 November 2021 and will remain with the Company for a short period to facilitate a handover with Mr Pullen.
