Capital Markets Day
Genuit Group plc ("Genuit" or the "Group"), the UK's largest value-added manufacturer of sustainable water, climate and ventilation products for the built environment, is hosting an in-person Capital Markets Day for investors and analysts today, Wednesday 23 November, at 10.30am GMT at the Group's Adey business in Gloucestershire.
The event is being hosted by Joe Vorih, Chief Executive Officer, Paul James, Chief Financial Officer and Matt Pullen, Chief Operating Officer, alongside senior leaders across the business.
The Capital Markets Day will focus on the Group's strategic evolution, highlight the broad range of applications and the climate challenges addressed. Management will set out how Genuit will be simplified into three businesses focused on markets driven by sustainability, namely (i) Climate Management Solutions; (ii) Water Management Solutions; and (iii) Sustainable Building Solutions.
Management will also lay out Genuit's Sustainable Solutions for Growth strategy. This will drive organic growth above market by focusing on climate and water management solutions and leadership as the low-carbon supplier of choice. Improvements in operating margins will come from simplifying the business and lean transformation with the Genuit Business System, enabling better leverage of disciplined, strategic M&A in turn. We will also set out medium term targets to drive the Group's operating margin to at least 20%, improve cash conversion to at least 90% and achieve ROCE of above 15%. We also confirm our existing dividend policy and leverage parameters.
No new information will be provided on current trading further to the Group's last trading update, which was published on 25 October 2022.
