Board changes update

Following its announcement on 29 November 2021, Genuit Group plc (the "Company") confirms that Joe Vorih will be appointed as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and a member of the Board with effect from 28 February 2022. Mr Payne will step down from the Board and as CEO on 28 February 2022 but will remain an employee of the Company and available to the Board in an advisory capacity until 20 May 2022.

There is no information concerning Mr Vorih which requires notification under LR9.6.13R of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.
