Total Voting Rights

As at 30 June 2016 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 138,312,916 Ordinary Shares of US$ 0.01 each. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 138,312,916. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
