The Company received notification on 30th March and 2nd April 2012 of the following transactions in which Mr. J. W. Goodwin, Mr R S Goodwin, Mr. M. S. Goodwin and Mr. S. R. Goodwin, directors of the Company, are interested.

1. The purchase by Mr. M. S. Goodwin of 723 shares at Β£14.95 per share into his ISA account on 2nd April 2012.

2. The purchase by Mr. S. R. Goodwin of 561 shares at Β£13.92 per share into his ISA account on 29th March 2012.
