EpiStem Holdings plc23 October 2007 EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AWARDED SHARE OPTIONS Manchester, UK, 23rd October 2007 - Epistem Holdings Plc (AIM: EHP) announcedtoday that Dr Gerard Brady, Research Director, has been awarded share options asdetailed below. The share options will vest according to the performance anddelivery of the Company's robotic Biomarker technology platform. For the shareoptions to fully vest at the end of the three year period would requireEpistem's Biomarker technology to be established by the third year of grant.
