Director/PDMR Shareholding
Goldplat has been notified that on 14 July 2020 certain Directors of the Company transacted in the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") as tabled below at a price of 5.5p per share. As announced on 3 July 2020, Hansie van Vreden, a Goldplat Director, expressed an intention to sell the shares he acquired through the exercise of options; the majority of those shares which he has now sold have been bought by other Goldplat Directors.
