Goldplat plc, the AIM listed gold producer, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2008 and the Notice of AGM has today been posted to shareholders and is now available on the Company's website, www.goldplat.com.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 14 October 2008 at 11.00am at 36 Dover Street, London, W1S 4NH.
