Goldplat announces that it was yesterday informed by Sango Ntsaluba, that he acquired 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 5,2 pence each on 24 June 2020.
Following the above-mentioned acquisition, Sango Ntsaluba is beneficially interested in 150,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
