Goldplat (AIM: GDP), the AIM quoted gold producer with international gold recovery operations located in South Africa and Ghana, announces that the Company's adjourned Annual General Meeting was held earlier today and that the first resolution, being: "To receive the report of the Directors of the Company and the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2021", was duly passed.
