GCP Infra, the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt, today announces the reference price of a new ordinary share under the scrip dividend alternative for the period from 1 July 2021 to 30 September 2021 dividend has been set at 106.88 pence.

This is the average of the middle market prices of the Company's Ordinary Shares derived from the Daily Official List of the London Stock Exchange for the ex-dividend date of 4 November 2021 and the four subsequent dealing days.
