Placing under the Placing Programme

8 June 2015

Further to the announcement by the Company on 3 June 2015, the Company's Investment Adviser, Gravis Capital Partners LLP, has identified additional investment opportunities in accordance with the Company's investment objective and policy. Accordingly, the Board has resolved to increase the size of the placing of new Ordinary Shares under the Placing Programme announced on 3 June 2015 (the "Placing") to a maximum gross proceeds of £70 million, in accordance with the Prospectus.

The timetable and the Placing Price of 114.75 pence per new Ordinary Share remain as set out in the announcement of 3 June 2015. The timetable has been reproduced below.

Unless otherwise defined herein, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Prospectus dated 30 March 2015.
