Placing Under Placing Programme

29 May 2015

The Board of Directors of GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited (the "Company") is considering a placing of new ordinary shares of £0.01 each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") seeking to raise up to £30 million of gross proceeds under the Placing Programme in accordance with the Prospectus published on 30 March 2015 (the "Placing").

The Placing is being considered in order to allow the Company to take advantage of a number of attractive immediate investment opportunities in accordance with the Company's investment objective and policy.

Should the Board decide to proceed a further update will be provided once the Company has announced the net asset value per Ordinary Share for 29 May 2015, which is expected to be on or about 3 June 2015.
