As at close of business on 30 June 2014, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary Share of the Company was 104.46 pence and the unaudited net asset value per C Share of the Company was 98.01 pence. The net asset values take into account cash, other assets, accrued liabilities and expenses and leverage (if any) of the Company attributable to each of the Ordinary Share and C Share classes.
