Glencar Mining PLC12 April 2005 Glencar Mining Plc ("Glencar" or the "Company") Transfer of Dealing from the Exploration Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange to the Irish Enterprise Exchange The Board of Glencar wishes to advise that, with effect from the start oftrading today, 12 April, 2005, Glencar's shares will be traded on the new IrishEnterprise Exchange ("IEX") of the Irish Stock Exchange. Glencar welcomes the introduction of the IEX and the enhanced flexibility whichthe IEX regime affords to quoted companies.
