Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 30 June 2008, the Company's issued share capital consists of 51,011,024 ordinary shares with voting rights. None of these ordinary shares is held in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 51,011,024.
The above figure of 51,011,024 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
