Televisión Satelital Codificada S.A.

On 14 August 2009, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission that the Argentine Football Association ("AFA") had notified Televisión Satelital Codificada S.A. ("TSC"), a joint venture in which the Company holds indirectly a 50% interest, of its intention to terminate the agreement between AFA and TSC. Pursuant to said agreement, TSC holds exclusive television rights of AFA's Premier League football matches until 2014.

TSC is assessing the appropriate measures to protect its contractual rights.
