On 26 August 2009, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission that on 25 August 2009, the Argentine Supreme Court dismissed all pending extraordinary appeals against the ruling of the Argentine Commercial Court of Appeals that confirmed the terms of the out-of-court debt restructuring ("APE") of its subsidiary Cablevisión S.A. ("Cablevisión"). As a result of the Supreme Court's decision, judicial confirmation of the APE is now final.
