Grupo Clarin S.A.07 April 2008 GRUPO CLARIN S.A. announces judicial confirmation of the out-of-court restructuring agreement of its subsidiary Cablevision S.A. On 4 April 2008, Grupo Clarin S.A. ("The Company") notified the Buenos AiresStock Exchange and the Argentine Securities Commission that on 31 March 2008,the National Court of Appeals on Commercial Matters, Chamber "D" (the "Court ofAppeals"), decided to reject all pending appeals and confirm the acuerdopreventivo extrajudicial (out-of-court restructuring agreement, or "APE") ofCablevision S.A. ("Cablevision"). Cablevision will proceed to fulfill itsobligations under the terms of the APE.
