Refinancing

Golden Rock Global Plc (LSR:GCG), ( the "Company") a special purpose acquisition company, is pleased to announce that it has secured a refinancing proposal that will enable the Company to complete its outstanding Audits and prepare to have its suspension from the London Stock Market lifted.

The refinancing consists predominately of a loan of £300,000 being provided to the Company by NE10 Vodka Ltd. a fast growing British Company operating in the premium spirits industry.

Paul Carroll who is joining the Board of GCG is also a Director of NE10.

John Croft, Director commented "The Board is delighted to announce this refinancing which will not only facilitate the Company's return to the London Stock Exchange but will also position the Company to pursue potential RTO targets after its suspension is lifted."
