London - 04 November 2015 - The board of directors (the "Board") of Globo Plc (the "Company") announces that the Board received a resignation letter from Mr. Gerasimos Bonanos, Chief Operations Officer, on 03 November 2015. Mr. Bonanos' resignation takes effect immediately.
