GLOBO plc ("the Company")

Share purchase by founder & CEO

Globo plc (LSE-AIM: GBO), the international provider of enterprise mobility management solutions and software as a service, announces the following purchase of ordinary shares in the Group.

Chief Executive Officer, Costis Papadimitrakopoulos, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at 45.70 pence each on Monday 29th September 2014. Following the purchase Mr Papadimitrakopoulos holds a total of 69,784,197 shares in the Company, representing 18.67 per cent of the total issued share capital.
