Notification of Director's Interest
The Company announces that Nick Brown, Director, yesterday notified the Company that he sold 125,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 418.56 pence per share on 2 March 2018.
The Company also announces that Nick Brown's wife, Susan Brown, sold 13,560 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 407.50 pence per share on 5 March 2018.
Following these transactions, Mr. Brown has a beneficial holding of 877,585 Ordinary Shares (which represents 0.57% of the issued share capital of the Company) and continues to have options over a maximum of 591,823 Ordinary Shares.
