Notification of Directors' Interests
The Company announces that Richard Law (GBG's retiring Chief Executive Officer) and his wife, Ceris Law, have today notified the Company that between 26 and 27 July 2016 they sold 750,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 293p per share. Mr. Law has indicated that it is not his intention to sell further shares in the near future.
Following this notification, Mr. Law remains the Groups largest non-institutional holder and has:
• a beneficial holding of 1,316,045 Ordinary Shares (which represents 0.99% of the issued share capital of the Company); and
• options over a maximum of 900,978 Ordinary Shares.
