Notification of Director's Interest
GBGroup announces that Richard Law, the Chief Executive Officer, has today notified the Company that he has sold a total of 200,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 135.33p per share.
Following this notification, Mr Law continues to have a beneficial holding of 1,720,940 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.57% of the issued share capital of the Company.
