Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR")
The Company announces that David Rasche, Non-Executive Chairman, today purchased 4,146 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in GBG ("Ordinary Shares") at 717p per share.
Following this notification Mr Rasche has a beneficial holding of 723,479 Ordinary Shares (which represents 0.29% of the issued share capital of the Company).
