On Wednesday 4 August 2021, Kevin Rountree, Chief Executive Officer of Games Workshop, acquired 1,370 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company in line with the requirements of the Exceptional Bonus Award at a price of £117.40 per share.
As a result, Mr Rountree now has an ultimate beneficial interest of 9,091 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

As a result, Mrs Tongue now has an ultimate beneficial interest of 7,730 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
