Games Workshop Group PLC31 July 2006 Games Workshop Group PLC ("Games Workshop" or the "Company") Dealings by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility The Company was informed on Friday 28th August 2006 that, on that day, Tom Kirby(Chairman and Chief Executive), Michael Sherwin (Finance Director) and NickDonaldson (non-executive Director) acquired ordinary shares of 5p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares"). Mr Kirby acquired 63,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.2 percent. of the Company's issued share capital, at a price of 344.1 pence perOrdinary Share. Following this acquisition, Mr Kirby has a beneficial andnon-beneficial interest in 1,905,009 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately6.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Sherwin acquired 11,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04 percent. of the Company's issued share capital, at a price of 344.1 pence perOrdinary Share. Following this acquisition, Mr Sherwin holds 77,168 OrdinaryShares, representing approximately 0.25 per cent. of the Company's issued sharecapital.
