("Games Workshop" or the "Company")
The Company was informed today that on 29 June 2012 Kevin Rountree, Chief Operating Officer of Games Workshop,acquired 169 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company under the Company's dividend reinvestment plan at a price of 575 pence per share.
The aggregate holding of Mr Rountree, has therefore increased to 6,315 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company
The Company was also informed today that on 29 June 2012 John Laughlin, Head of Sales and a person discharging managerial responsibility at Games Workshop, acquired 444 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company under the Company's dividend reinvestment plan at a price of 575 pence per share.
The aggregate holding of Mr Laughlin, has therefore increased to 16,582 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
