EBT Share Purchase Programme
Gattaca, the specialist staffing solutions business, announces that it has instructed Apex Financial Services (Trust Company) Limited, which administers the Gattaca Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"), to conduct additional market purchases of the Company's existing ordinary shares of one penny each ("Shares").
The Board has authorised the EBT to acquire up to an additional approximately 480,000 Shares in aggregate between August 2025 and July 2026, at a rate of approximately 40,000 Shares per month.
The Company's requirement for on-market purchases is assessed on an annual basis, depending on the vesting schedule of existing unexercised options and anticipated new option grants, together with the balance of ordinary shares already held by the EBT.
