EXERCISE OF OPTIONS
Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 21,206 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"), pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme.
The Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, and admission ("Admission") is expected to occur on 4 August 2008.
TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 23,229,943 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. This figure of 23,229,943 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
