Gamma Communications plcDirectors disclosure update
Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma"), a leading provider of Unified Communications as a Service ("UCaaS") to the business markets in the UK, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands, announces, in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, that it has been notified of the following information by Andrew Taylor, Chief Executive Officer of the Company:
Mr Taylor was, from 2013 to 2018, director of Nomad Digital India Private Ltd, a dormant subsidiary of Nomad Digital. Whilst dormant, the subsidiary was required to file an annual return in India however did not do so, and consequently Mr Taylor was disqualified from being a director in India for five years, commencing November 2016.
There is no further information required to be disclosed under Rule 17 of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
