Exercise of share options
The Company announces exercises of share options over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each by persons discharging management responsibility and persons closely associated with them. The exercises occurred on 24 September 2020, pursuant to the Gamma Savings Related Share Option 2017 Scheme established on 6 December 2016, and are as follows:

The scheme was offered to all those who were employees on 31 January 2017. It enables the employee to save for three years and then to use the proceeds to exercise share options, such exercise needing to take place within a six-month window.
