Block Listing Application
Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma"), a leading technology-based provider of communications services to the business markets in the UK and Europe, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 713,676 ordinary shares of 0.25p each (the "Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.
The purpose of the block listing is, when combined with the balance of the previous block listing, to satisfy options awarded under the Gamma Company Share Option Plan (229,027 Shares), the Gamma Long Term Incentive Plan (305,592 Shares) and the Gamma Savings Related Share Option Scheme (241,298 Shares). The Shares are expected to be admitted to trading subsequent to 8:00am on 1 June 2021. Any Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
