Revised Accounting Standards AS-15 "Employees Benefits" which is effective from 01.04.2006 is being reviewed by the company and the impact will be considered at the year end. 3. Deferred Tax Liability/assets is provisional and it will be reviewed at the financial year ending on 31.03.2007. 4.
