GCP Asset Backed, which invests in asset backed loans, today announces that further to the Company's announcement on 22 August 2017, 56,315 ordinary shares have been admitted to the Premium Listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings have commenced on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities at 8.00 a.m. today.

As at 4 September 2017, the Company issued share capital consists of 242,845,987 ordinary shares and therefore the total voting rights in the Company will be 242,845,987.

The above figure of 242,845,987 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
