Second Share Option Scheme

Green Dragon Gas, one of the largest independent companies involved in the production of CBM gas and the distribution and sale of wholesale gas in China, announces that the Remuneration Committee proposed and the Board approved and adopted yesterday's closing price of US$8.00 per share as the fixed price of the second share option scheme for the Company's Directors, management and employees (the "Second Share Option Scheme"). This SecondΒ Share Option Scheme was approved by the shareholders of the Company during the Annual General Meeting held on 15 June 2011.
