In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9R, Ferrexpo plc makes the following notification concerning Fiona MacAulay, Senior Independent Non-executive Director the Company.

Fiona MacAulay has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of Rosebank Industries Plc, listed on the AIM, a market operated by the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 14 November 2025.
