Further to its announcement of 27 March 2009 Ferrexpo plc ("the Company") makes the following notification under Rule 9.6.13 of the FSA Listing Rules concerning Messrs Marek Jelinek and Miklos Salamon who were appointed as Directors on 27 March:  

Details of all directorships held in any other publicly quoted company at any time in the previous five years.
