LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN AWARDS AND DIRECTOR'S DEALING
Forward Partners Group plc (LSE: FWD), the London-based investment firm specialising in supporting high growth, early-stage technology businesses, confirms that it has granted Lloyd Smith, who joined the Company in March 2022, a total of 155,946 options over ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Options") pursuant to the Company's 2022 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP"), as part of a wider grant of options under the LTIP to certain employees of the Group.
Vesting of the Options is subject to the achievement of performance conditions linked to shareholder returns and target portfolio exits, and continued employment. The Options are exercisable at a nominal value (£0.01) and will vest in tranches over the period to 19 July 2024.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of UK MAR, provides further detail on the grant of Options.
