("Fulham Shore", the "Company" or "Group")
Director/PDMR shareholding
The Fulham Shore plc (AIM: FUL) has been informed of the following acquisitions of ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by directors of the Company and persons closely associated ("PCAs") with them.
David Page, Chairman of the Company, acquired 143,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 13.95p per Ordinary Share on 6 September 2017. Following this purchase, Mr Page now has a total beneficial interest in 81,182,331 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 14.21% of the issued share capital.
Nabil Mankarious, managing director of the Company acquired 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 13.79p per Ordinary Share on 6 September 2017. Following this purchase, Mr Mankarious has a total beneficial interest in 113,800,434 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 19.92% of the issued share capital.
Emma Mankarious, daughter and a PCA of Nabil Mankarious, acquired 250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 13.6p per Ordinary Share on 6 September 2017. Following this purchase, Emma Mankarious now has a total beneficial interest in 3,750,000 Ordinary Shares.
