Publication of Prospectus
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 7 August 2013 regarding, among other things, the Proposed Acquisition and the Loan Settlement, Fortune Oil is pleased to announce that it published, in accordance with the relevant rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, on 27 September 2013 a prospectus (the "Prospectus") in relation to the admission of the new Ordinary Shares to be issued in connection with the Proposed Acquisition and the Loan Settlement to the Standard Segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities ("Admission").
Admission is expected to occur on 3 October 2013.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company has submitted the Prospectus to the National Storage Mechanism (which has replaced the United Kingdom Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility) and it will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm/do.
Copies of the Prospectus will be available from the Company's registered office at 6/F., Belgrave House, 76 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TQ and from the offices of Reed Smith LLP, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2RS.
Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning as in the announcement made by the Company on 7 August 2013.
