Grant of Sharesave Options
The Company announces that pursuant to the Filtronic plc All Employee HMRC approved sharesave plan approved by shareholders on 19th September 2008 ("the Sharesave plan") the following options over Filtronic plc ordinary shares were granted on 23 September 2010 with contract start date on 1st November 2010.
The maturity date under this grant is 1st November 2013.The option Price was £0.342. . The allocation of shares made available to all employees under this invitation under the Sharesave Plan did not exceed 0.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
