Director/PDMR Shareholding
Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of antennas, filters and mmWave products for the wireless telecoms and critical communications markets, announces that it received notification on 1 February 2019 that Pete Magowan, Non-Executive Director, purchased 750,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 6.9 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Pete has an interest in 750,000 Ordinary Shares. Representing 0.40% of the entire current ordinary share capital of the Company.
