Interests of Directors and PDMRs
Awards under Performance Share Plan
The following executive directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") informed the Company on 29th July 2009 of the grant of conditional awards on that date under the Company's Performance Share Plan ("PSP") entitling them to acquire the numbers of ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company ("Shares") set out below at nil cost.
Depending on the extent to which performance conditions (relating to the Company's earnings per share growth) are satisfied, and subject to continuing employment with the Filtronic Group, these awards will normally vest on 29 July 2012.
