Filtronic plc("Filtronic" or "the Company")
ISSUE OF EQUITY
Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of antennas, filters and mmWave products for the critical communications and wireless telecoms markets, announces that the Company has issued 2,783,997 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") as a result of an exercise of options under the Company's Sharesave Plan.
Application has been made for the 2,783,997 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that dealings in these new Ordinary Shares will commence on 28 November 2019. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
Following Admission, the Company will have in issue a total of 212,548,416 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
