Pioneer selects Frontier Silicon's technology for new DAB+ products

Toumaz Limited (AIM: TMZ, 'Toumaz', or 'the Group'), a pioneer in ultra-low power wireless semiconductor technology, announces its consumer audio division, Frontier Silicon, has been selected to provide its DAB+ technology to leading consumer and professional electronics manufacturer Pioneer Corporation.

Frontier Silicon ('Frontier') is the leading provider of chipsets and modules for DAB and DAB+ consumer products and Pioneer's new DAB+ enabled systems will be built around Frontier's solutions. Pioneer's decision to incorporate DAB technology into an extended range of models is a response to the growing demand across Europe for devices capable of receiving digital radio.
